Rich and Harley Richard Levy, CPA, Firm Owner and President Rich originally hails from New York and Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in accounting and a commission as an officer in the United States Army. During his 22 year military career Rich completed his MBA degree at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, sat for the CPA exam, served as a tax preparer and advisor on three continents and taught business and accounting courses as an adjunct instructor for the University of Maryland.  Upon retiring for the military Rich worked as a financial planner and as a CPA in other firms before establishing Levy & Associates, PC in 2004. Rich is also a Certified Financial Planner and holds Series 6 and Series 7 certifications.  Rich currently resides in Prince William County, VA with his wife, Patty and his dog, Harley. Rich and Patty have two grown daughters who also live in the area. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, golfing, watching sports and going to the theater.

Ann Levy, MBA, VP of Operations and Client Services In addition to being the firm's VP of Operations and Client Services, Ann is Rich's eldest daughter. She received a B.A. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and recently completed her MBA at George Mason University. Ann is responsible for overseeing daily operations and strategic planning as well as ensuring that the client's experience with the firm is top-notch.  Ann resides in Prince William County, VA. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, travelling and spending time with family and friends. She is also an accomplished musician and plays the viola with a small chamber orchestra.
